Drop Off & Pick Up

Drop off and pick up at your convenience any time during business hours. If special arrangmets need to be made, just let us know and we can schedule a time that works best for you and our staff. Our charge policy is as follows:

• You will be charged for the day you drop off and all days of boarding that follow.
• You will only be charged for the day of pick up if you arrive after 1pm (Monday – Saturday).
• Please note: you will be charged for Sundays regardless of pick up time due to our later business hours.

Closed for drop-offs and pick-ups on the following: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve

Dog Boarding

Standard Indoor/Outdoor Run:
Covered indoor/outdoor run, 15’x3.5′

Deluxe Extra Large Indoor/Outdoor Run:
Covered indoor/outdoor run, 21’x3.5′.

Penthouse Suites (A-16D and A-32D):
Covered indoor/outdoor run, 15’x10′.

Deluxe VIP Suites:
A quiet indoor area separate from our standard suites for non-jumping dogs sized 25 pounds or less. Three exercise sessions per day are included for VIP suites only.

Presidential Suite:
Quiet indoor/outdoor run. Rate includes playtime and bath.

Extras

Personal Playtime:
15-20 minute dedicated playtime sessions available for dogs.
$10/session. Multiple pet discount: $8 for each pet beyond the first.

Nature Walks:
30-minute leashed exploration of the beautiful property and quality 1-on-1 time with a staff member.

Bathing & Grooming:
For an additional fee, your pet can get the full spa treatment during their stay with us.

We offer kennel bath, blowout, and brush. Prices vary depending on breed and coat condition. For an additional fee, we also offer nail trimming.

Our onsite, full-service groomer, Shannon Smitt, uses iGroom Luxury Pet Beauty Care Products for our kennel baths.

Special Discounts

For clients with more than one dog or cat, we offer a multiple pet discount.

$10 discount for the second dog in the same run.
$5 discount for the second cat in the same accommodation.
Out of gratitude for your service, we offer a 10% discount to all veterans and first responders.

Discounts for military deployments, hospital stays, and stays longer than a month will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
